Well,  I hope that everyone survived Halloween! We sure had our share of ghouls, ghosts & goblins visit. And nobody went away hungry. We served up chili, hot dogs, pork burgers, party mix, spicy pretzels, popcorn balls, cup cakes, punch & spiced cider. That's kind of a ritual around here. I went light on the decorating this year but definately NOT on the food.

Anyway, on to this weeks challenge at MARK'S FINEST PAPERS a HEINRICH COMPANY. Using RIC RAC. I kept this card fairly clean & simple. (mainly because I thought that I had a whole pile of RIC RAC in my box & ended up not finding anything but the yellow & just didn't want to have to drive all the way across the interstate exchange to the only place in town that would have it)

What I've used:
I'M IN STITCHES stamp set
Memento Tuxedo Black ink
Ric Rac , buttons & floss

(CAS, just like I said)

I hope that you get the chance to play along this week! (AND that your stash is better loaded than mine was)

  1. I love the sunny yellow. Warms the day. RicRac is perfect with that image.

  2. Kate, love the crisp yellow color with the black image. Perfect choice of stamps with the ric rac. Great design.

  3. Kate--this is just adorable! What a great idea to use the sewing machine with the rick rack! Very inspired! TFS

  4. Kate! What an awesome stamp to use ric rac with!!! Love the buttons too!!! You are so smart!!! Love the bright yellow too! Wow! Sounds like you put out quite a spread for Halloween!!!

  5. Oh, how pretty, I love the yellow with the black and this image. Those buttons look really good on it.
