Please excuse the shadow in the corner. I had a very hard time getting a good picture. The liquid pearl & glitter in the Flower Soft kept giving me a problem.

BRRRR!!! Woke up to a nice heavy frost on the ground this morning. Glad I don't have to get out today. I am sooo not a cold weather person.

This week, MARK'S FINEST PAPERS a HEINRICH COMPANY has a great challenge for you. POP IT UP! There are a lot of ways to accomplish this, so let's just see how creative you can be.

 

 

I layered up the poinsettias for the 3D effect & created an easel card to really pop it up.

 A couple of challenges ago, I created a set of scrapbook pages to use with some pictures of my great grandson. Well, guess what!! This weeks challenge is to create a SCRAPBOOK PAGE.
Once again, I will profess that I am NOT a scrapbooker. A dabbler. That's what I'd call myself. So, anyway--I created this layout to have to use for the little one should his momma let me put the sled to use this winter.

Well,  I hope that everyone survived Halloween! We sure had our share of ghouls, ghosts & goblins visit. And nobody went away hungry. We served up chili, hot dogs, pork burgers, party mix, spicy pretzels, popcorn balls, cup cakes, punch & spiced cider. That's kind of a ritual around here. I went light on the decorating this year but definately NOT on the food.

Anyway, on to this weeks challenge at MARK'S FINEST PAPERS a HEINRICH COMPANY. Using RIC RAC. I kept this card fairly clean & simple. (mainly because I thought that I had a whole pile of RIC RAC in my box & ended up not finding anything but the yellow & just didn't want to have to drive all the way across the interstate exchange to the only place in town that would have it)
